I've discovered something. It is increasingly difficult to stay on a eating routine when I'm sick. All my comfort foods are not part of the 4-Hour Body and yet the simple pleasure of the comfort foods help me feel better when I'm feeling down.
The Meals...
Breakfast:
No breakfast.
Lunch:
Carnitas plate with refried beans, no cheese or tortillas. Though I did eat chips and salsa. Iced tea to drink.
Had cookies and coffee during the afternoon.
Dinner:
Romaine lettuce leaves spread with refried beans, avocado and kimchi.
Also enjoyed egg nog and more cookies.
